SANJIGROW
SANJIGROW a well de-composed FYM, Processed from the farm wastes is a very good source of Essential nutrients including micro-nutrients. Unlike inorganic fertilizers like Urea, the nutrients obtained from FYM upon decomposition are made available to the plants over a long period of time. It helps to make the soil coarse, thereby increase the micro & macro-pores resulting in more root respiration, which is so very crucial to the plants. SANJIPEAT
SANJIPEAT is a decomposed coconut fibre and pith, de-lignified and steam pasteurized. It serves as a very good medium for rooting. It improves the soil aeration & above all it is a very good source of phosphates on decomposition. It also helps in improving the water holding capacity of the soil. It is therefore ideal for plantation crops. Cocopeat can be supplied in loose completely decomposed and steam pasteurized packed in 25 kg. HDPE bags. Or in brick form of approx. size 30 cms. X 30 cms.

SANJIPLUS:
SANJIPLUS is pure vermicompost made from carefully selected ingredients. Earthworm is known as the Natural Plough from ages. They burrow into the soil during the course of their feeding, thereby pulverizing the soil making it optimum for proper root development. They feed on all kinds of organic wastes. The excreta known as Casts/castings is a very useful source of Fertilizer having almost al the Major nutrients like Nitrogen, Phosphorous Manganese, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium etc. In addition to this, it is also a a source of the much needed micronutrients like Iron, Boron, Zinc, Molybdenum & so on which is unavailable to the plants in many soils. Seed - Soak

MAXIMISE GERMINATION, GROW HEALTHY SEEDLINGS

A natural organic liquid seed-germinator, Seed-Soak breaks dormancy, accelerates germination and produces healthy vigorous seedlings. The formulation, based on traditional organic farming practices, is a blend of organic manures fermented with natural plant extracts which, after ageing, is bio-catalysed with a unique Microbial Activator.

A promising way to improve plant protection and quality is to induce non specific resistance based on a model worked out by Nature herself and by activating plant growth enhancing mechanisms. A plant’s resistance to pathogens and growth enhancing factors is based on various mechanisms such as: formation of induced antibiotics, proteinase inhibitors, maintenance of hormonal balance, activation of enzymes etc. as well as strengthening of lignin in the plant cell wall.

Often, these protective and growth enhancing mechanisms are induced by various substances separately. Seed-Soak is fortified with a fermented iron supplement as well as a natural polysaccharide, a non-toxic, organic and biodegradable natural biopolymer that meets all these requirements.

Seed-Soak possesses a high growth stimulating efficacy, which maximises uniform germination. It also stimulates the plant’s hormones responsible for root formation and stem growth. Healthy seedlings can be transplanted earlier to the main field with minimum mortality. This early transplantation enables the seedling to establish a strong rooting system to support maximum tillering and vegetative growth. Use of Seed-Soak also leads to a higher number of productive tillers or nodes.

The product also has antifungal and antibacterial properties. It enhances plant resistance to fungal disease and pests and ensures that they do not accumulate in the soil and plant system. General Directions For Use

METHOD OF SOAKING PER ACRE QUANTITY OF SEEDS

Take the quantity of seeds required for one acre and soak in water. Add one litre of Seed-Soak to the soaking solution. Soaking time may be as per the chart given below or as per usual practices. After soaking, leave seed bags to drip-dry covered with straw. Sow seeds in the Nursery Bed in the late afternoon. If seeds are too small and fine to be soaked, sprinkle Seed-Soak (after dilution) directly on nursery bed immediately after sowing.

STANDARD DOSAGE

1 litre of Seed-Soak + 9 litres of water for each one acre quantity of seeds.
Add to the solution wherein seeds are already being soaked.

A natural organic microbial growth stimulant that biologically activates the soil, Root-Zone is a unique formulation. It is a liquid concentrate derived through a complex bio-catalyst process from cyanobacteria cultures and blue-green algae fermented with plant and herbal extracts and enriched with natural enzymes.

Micro - Min

BIO-MICRO NUTRITION

The majority of micronutrients available today are in their inorganic form while a few are in chelated form. When applied to plants, micronutrients in the chelated form are preferred for the simple reason that chelated forms are more bio-available than inorganic forms. Therefore, nutrient deficiencies can be corrected applying even low doses of chelated compounds than of inorganic salts.

However, chelated forms too are not free from limitations. In order to be effective, a chelate should be soluble in water, but must also be stable. When applied to soil, if the chelate releases the nutrient which then gets converted into insoluble form, then the chelate is neither effective nor superior to inorganic salts. Or else, if the association or bond of the nutrient with an organic molecule remains so strong that even after soil application there is no release of nutrient to the plant system, then the chelate fails in its purpose.

Therefore, a good chelate while protecting the nutrient till time of delivery, must neither release pre-maturely for re-fixation in the soil, nor bond so strongly that the nutrient on application remains unavailable for release to the plant system.

SANJIBAN Micro-Min overcomes these limitations through a bio-tech fermentation route that makes the entire formulation of organic micronutrient compounds readily bio-available for immediate uptake into the plant system. Applied to soil, Micro-Min provides prebiotics or easily digestible feed to the microbial life leading to rapid growth and fertility. Micro-Min is completely bio-degradable and readily bio-available even in lime-rich alkaline soils. Ideal for use on crops under nutrient stress, it is also beneficial in hydroponics as there are no precipitates formed. ORGANIC BIO-CONTROL

A concentrated active botanical bio-control, Bio-Protect is based on traditional knowledge of organic practices. Field Application Method

Paddy / other short-term field crops: At the time of commencing field operations for a new crop, give the field a light irrigation, enough to form a sheet of water. Plough the crop residue into the soil, preferably using a rotavator. Sprinkle or spray the prepared BIO-COMPOSTER solution on the field over the crop residues. Irrigate and plough once again after 5-7 days. The decomposition of the crop residues will be practically over in 12-15 days time.

Sugarcane and long duration crops: BIO-COMPOSTER dosage is to be applied in two equal applications on first day and 15th day.

For insitu open-field composting, follow the preparation method as detailed above. Or else, collect the crop residues and form into rows between the ratoon crop. Prepare the BIO-COMPOSTER solution in the same method as detailed above. Sprinkle or spray this solution onto the waste between the rows of the new crop and plough in.

After 15 days, turn the waste to aerate and repeat above dosage of BIO-COMPOSTER. Irrigate to maintain adequate moisture level. APPLICATION METHOD AND DOSAGE:

Minimum dilution is 1 : 20 in water.

An initial shock dosage of SANJIBAN MicroActive-4500 Sludge Bio-Degrader will be necessary to dissolve the crusts as well as activate the sludge settled at the bottom of the lagoon. For best results, the crust has to be broken at a few places to provide access to the slurry. Spray MicroActive-4500 at the rate of 10 litres of Bio-Degrader (Dilution 1:20 with water to make 200 litres solution) over every 1000 sq.m. area.

Simultaneously, introduce 10 litres of Bio-Degrader (dilution as above) into the bottom sludge layer, if necessary at a few places, over the same 1000 sq.m. area. This initial shock treatment should be repeated every three days, for the first 15 days, for a total of five applications.

Thus, a 4000 sq.m. lagoon area (approx. one acre) will require a shock dosage total of 200 litres of MicroActive-4500 Sludge Bio-Degrader concentrate.

At the same time, a permanent trickling doser should be set up at the point of manure-waste entry into the lagoon. A daily dosage of 3 litres Bio-Degrader concentrate (diluted 1:20 with water to make 60 litres solution), calculated for every one acre manure-lagoon area, is to be trickled at the inflow point.
Thus a one acre manure lagoon would require a monthly dosage of 90 litres of MicroActive-4500 Sludge Bio-Degrader.

UTILISATION OF DISSOLVED OXYGEN:

MicroActive–6500 increases the operational efficiency of conventional activated sludge process plants, extended aeration plants, aerated lagoons, sequential batch reactors (SBR) and rotating biological contractors (RBC). The digestion process, aided by powerful natural enzymes, increases the population of diverse facultative aerobes. SANJIBAN MicroActive-6500 is to be introduced into the “return sludge point” on the first day @ 5 litres MicroActive concentrate per mld, (to be diluted 1:20 with water), as a shock dosage to kick-start the remediation process. Repeat the same dosage on Day-4. Thereafter, from Day-7 onwards, maintenance dosage of 1 litre per mld. of MicroActive-6500 is to be applied daily.

An ecologically safe treatment of chemical effluents and sludge is a prime concern in the modern industrial environment. The established processes for effluent treatment are often time-consuming and energy-intensive, requiring large areas of land both for treatment and disposal. The end results from these complex processes are yet often unsatisfactory, and lead to pollution and contamination of air, soil and groundwater resources.

Bio-Remediation is today an increasingly preferred mode of treatment that can be both cost-effective and safe. It works through microbial and enzymatic degradation of the target compounds, in the process transforming them into simple forms useful for other microbial life.

SANJIBAN MicroActive–8500 Chem Bio-Treat is a liquid stimulator developed from a complex fermentation process. It is composed of natural extracts and enzymes that activate and rapidly multiply healthy microorganisms either already present in the activated chemical sludge, or the specific lab-cultured bacteria or fungi introduced for bio-remediation. As these microorganisms go to work to biodegrade the pollutants in the effluent, the reduction in BOD, COD, and TSS levels will increase rapidly. SANJIBAN MicroActive produces large amounts of self-generating dissolved and free oxygen that help in reactivating the return sludge in chemical effluent treatment plants.

MicroActive–8500 CHEM BIO-TREAT MODE OF ACTION:

MicroActive–8500 natural enzymes efficiently activate oxygen and convert it to a form in which the oxygen atom can be incorporated directly into the complex chemical compound, thus breaking the long-chain bonds. The complex chemical compounds are then broken down into simple compounds and, as this process repeats, finally to monobasic fatty acids, thereby becoming readily digestible feed for the microbial population. Once the reaction is completed, the natural enzyme breaks free to attach itself to another complex chemical compound source, in order to repeat the same reaction.

SANJIBAN MicroActive–8500 Chem Bio-Treat has a two-pronged action in the chemical compound matrix, simultaneous and synergistic:

  • To create an aerobic environment by producing large quantities of dissolved oxygen at the molecular level and to increase the microbial population
  • To break down the long complex chemical molecular chains to digestible fatty acids, carbon dioxide and water

THE SANJIBAN BIO-REMEDIATION PROCESS:

To further enhance and accelerate the bio-remediation process, specific lab-cultured bacteria customised to the specific complex chemical contaminant, may be required to be introduced into the waste degradation process, along with application of SANJIBAN MicroActive-8500.

Additionally, SANJIBAN Nutri-bio, a balanced liquid microbial nutrient package, will enhance microbial efficiency. Nutri-Bio is a source of macro and micro nutrients, complexed with biotically digested organic complexes. It increases carbon and oxygen ratios by producing carbon and oxygen bonds in the soil and aqueous environments. SANJIBAN Nutri-Bio also assists in microbial bonding to complex chemical products, thus limiting volatilisation and enhancing degradation.

The SANJIBAN Bio-Remediation Process uses a customised powerful enzymatic catalytic action to cleave the short-, long-, and branched-chain chemical compounds and the hydrogen sulphide bonds of toxic chemical wastes, preventing their formation and eliminating odours. The remedial action effectively prevents volatilisation of light-chain organic molecules such as benzene, toluene and xylenes and is also effective against recalcitrant compounds such as polynuclear aromatics (creosote) and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs).

Several unique properties of the SANJIBAN Bio-Remediation Process enhance penetration into the chemical matrix. MicroActive–8500 acts as a bio-surfactant making the chemical compounds more soluble and “digestible”. Thus heavier long-chained hydrocarbons are cleaved into shorter-chain lighter fractions. This action reduces the surface tension and viscosity of most residues, including sludge, allowing easier handling capabilities. Since MicroActive-8500 is equally effective in acidic conditions, it can diffuse rapidly through the pores in the sludge, allowing the complex of enzymes easier access to the contaminants.

APPLICATION METHOD AND DOSAGE:

Pilot studies are required to be conducted to assess the precise dosage of SANJIBAN MicroActive-8500 Chem Bio-Treat and Nutri-Bio needed in chemically contaminated effluent. Additionally, specific microbial cultures, customised to the chemical contaminant mix, will also be required to effectively accelerate the bio-emediation process.

MICRO-BOOSTER

Vitazyme is a high performance concentrated active formulation of selected natural enzymes to boost anaerobic digestion. It is further fortified with essential vitamins and energy nutrients to rapidly increase the rate of anaerobic microbial activity.

Vitazyme also works to split complex macro-molecules in the wastewater, thus promoting the pre-digestion of certain essential nutrients that are locked in hard-to-digest matrices. The rate of chemical reactions is accelerated over 10 to 20 million times without the need of excessive heat or rigorous chemical treatment.
